Martine is a succession management consultant who helps both sides involved in the challenges of farm transfer, coaching them in conflict prevention and management, communication, skills transfer and personnel management.
Over the past 11 years, she has developed solid and proven transfer and management tools. In the summer of 2010, she wrote an integration guide for Spanish-speaking migrants who come each year to work for farmers.
Now a speaker, consultant and certified trainer for Farm Credit Canada, Martine founded SynerAction Management in 2003. She’s accredited by the Quebec AgriCounselling network as a consultant to agriculture operations and lectures at the Centre des Moissons (agriculture school) and the University of Montreal.
She owns a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Master’s degree in Human Resources
Management from the University of Montreal. She is a member of the Quebec certified Human Resources counsellors.
