As a senior manager with HR Advisory at BDO I work closely with business owners and their leadership teams to set direction, gain alignment, enhance communication, add structure to decision making processes and strengthen the level of engagement in their teams. I bring diverse experience in organizational development and business strategy to the table.
I am a Certified Human Resources Leader with training and experience in human resources consulting, strategic planning, succession planning, conflict resolution and mediation. My career includes roles in pharmaceutical retail management, human resources management and consulting and coaching in my fields of expertise.
On a personal level I am passionate about cultivating relationships within my community. I have a particular interest in young leaders and volunteer with our local church camps in recruiting and training their staff camp leaders and their leaders in training. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends fishing the waters of Lake Nipissing whenever I get the chance.
